The Camden-Clark Foundation is once again hosting the 21^th Annual Camden-Clark Charity Golf Classic which will be held on Monday, August 4, 2008 at the Parkersburg Country Club. Tee time will be at 10:00 a.m. with a scramble format.

Your commitment to excellence has been recently demonstrated with the completion of our new South Tower. As that commitment to excellence continues, all proceeds from this year’s event will be used to develop a new Women’s Health Center.

Some of the other items that have been purchased from the past tournaments include a new trauma room for the Emergency Department, equipment for surgery, a portable x-ray machine, an ambulance and patient monitors.

Thanks to the 170 golfers that participated in last years event. The Foundation was able to raise $75,000.

The mission of the Camden-Clark Foundation is to obtain funds through charitable contributions and manage such funds for the benefit of Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, its patients and their families.

Since its founding in 1987, the Foundation has provided funds to purchase equipment for the Community Comprehensive Cancer Center, Emergency Department, Medical Office Building, Mammography, Endoscopy suites, Nuclear Medicine, Pediatrics and the Cardiac Catheterization unit.
